Some points take the direct flight, others take the scenic route—timing can vary slightly depending on the booking type.
Travel bookings: Up to 7 business days after your trip ends. Complex bookings (such as group bookings) may take longer.
Partner purchases: Usually 8–10 weeks, sometimes up to 120 days depending on the partner after purchase.
Eligibility: To earn points on bookings made with participating brands, you must either already be a member or join and submit a retrospective claim within the required timeframe.

- Minimum redemption = 5,000 points per transaction
- Maximum redemption = 2 million points per transaction

- Points Only: Cover the full amount using points.
In the Rewards Store:
- Redeem with points only.
Limits:

- Gift points.
